Scheduling Your Visit
At University Diabetes & Endocrine Consultants, we are committed to providing attentive and timely care to every patient. All visits are by appointment only, whether you are a new or established patient. Below, you’ll find important information about how to schedule, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, along with our policies for no-shows and late cancellations. Your time is valuable to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve you better.
We see patients by appointment only. If you are an established patient of University Diabetes & Endocrine Consultants you may call (423) 265-3561 to schedule an appointment. Please keep in mind our schedule fills very quickly. Our staff will discuss all options and work to find an appointment that best fits your needs.
To become a new patient of University Diabetes & Endocrine Consultants you must first be referred to us by your primary care physician. Please discuss with your primary care physician if your condition would be best cared for by University Diabetes & Endocrine Consultants. Your primary care physician's office will take care of submitting the paperwork to our office to start the process.
We have an automated system in place that sends reminders of your upcoming appointments. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please call our office at (423) 265-3561 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice of your cancellation. Cancellations with less that 24 hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25.00.
We understand that emergencies arise and you cannot always keep your scheduled appointment. You appointment time is reserved just for you. We do not double book appointments. We ask if you are not able to keep your appointment you kindly give us a 24 hour notice. No Shows will be charged a fee of $25.00.
